Today I woke up thinking about Italy!  As I mentioned in a few posts, I booked my airline ticket to Europe for June. Tim and I will be backpacking through 6 European countries for 23 days. One of our stops will be Venice, Italy. I’ve been doing some research on the best hotels in Italy and I came across this little gem, Hotel Al Ponte Antico. This small boutique hotel is located directly on the famous Grand Canal and it’s also directly adjacent to the Rialto Bridge. Hotel Al Ponte Antico is a former palace which was built in the 1500’s. The hotel is now owned by the Peruch Family and welcomes guests year round. Staying in this beautiful hotel in June will set you back $300-600 Euros per night depending on your suite. It’s proximity to the main attractions and it’s elegance and charm makes it worth the splurge!

The rooms are furnished with gorgeous Italian pattern fabrics.

Hotel Al Ponte Antico offers 4 star concierge service for their guests which would be great for booking tours or a restaurant recommendation. I don’t know about you, but I have been dreaming about tasting Italian cuisine for years! Have you ever been to Italy? Is Venice also on your bucket list?

Stay Inspired and enjoy your Sunday!
